November 1st is the Day of the Dead, a Mexican holiday dedicated to prayer and remembrance of friends and family members who have died. Today also marks the 150th anniversary of the publishing date of the first edition of Brahms’ Horn Trio. To celebrate this anniversary and day of remembrance, we’re sharing a video of the trio’s third movement, Adagio mesto: https://youtu.be/F4NgPwjo0qk

The recording was made in June 2016 at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, after a retreat at Avaloch Farm Music Institute. Special thanks to both institutions for supporting this project.
